How to Add Products and Manage Inventory

Anyone can easily add and manage products, organise inventory, and optimise listings, helping them run their online store efficiently and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Step 1: Sign In 

Go to app.dashtocart.io and sign in to your dashboard.


Step 2: Access Your Store
From the dashboard, you can open your store by clicking on the store card or selecting it from the top left corner of the screen.


Step 3: Navigate to Products
Click on ‘Products’ in the left-hand menu. This will take you to the products management page.


Step 4: Add a New Product
Press “+ Product” to start adding a new product.

Step 5: Fill in Product Information
Enter key details such as:

  • Product Name
  • Type (Physical or Digital)
  • Short Description
  • SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and Price


Step 6: Complete the Full Description

Use the Full Description section to add more details, such as bullet points or headers. To activate the AI tool, type ‘/’ and select “Do Magic”. Ensure you’ve entered the product name and short description so the AI feature works effectively.


Step 7: Upload Images
Add product images to visually showcase your product or service.


Step 8: Organise with Tags
Use tags to organise your products better. Type “...”, and the AI will auto-generate relevant tags.


Step 9: Add Variants
Enter variant details like SKU, Price, Sale Price, and Stock Availability.


Step 10: Save Your Product
Click Submit to save your product. You’ll be redirected to the product list page.


Step 11: Edit or Delete Products
To edit or delete a product, click the ‘...’ button next to the product in the product list.
