Dash to Cart includes AI-assisted writing for product content, helping merchants create a starting draft for product descriptions without writing everything from scratch.
The AI uses the product information you provide as context, so better inputs generally give you a more relevant draft.
Step 1: Open Products
From your Dash to Cart store dashboard:
Go to Products.
Create a new product or open an existing product to edit.
Before using AI, enter the key product details.
This can include:

Step 3: Open the Full Description editor
Go to the Full Description section of the product.
Dash to Cart’s rich-text editor supports AI-assisted writing within the description workflow.
Step 4: Use the AI writing option
Use the available AI writing command in the editor.
In the current product workflow, typing / inside supported rich-text editors can open the command menu, where AI writing assistance may be available.
Choose the relevant AI option to generate or continue product copy based on the information already entered.
Step 5: Review the generated description
Always review AI-generated content before publishing.
Check that the description is:
Do not rely on AI to invent missing product specifications.
Step 6: Edit and personalise the copy
Treat the AI output as a draft. You can rewrite, shorten or expand the description so it better reflects your product and brand.
A useful product description should help the customer quickly understand:
Once you are satisfied with the description, save or submit the product changes.
Then review the product on your storefront to make sure the content looks clear on both desktop and mobile.
Does using AI consume AI Tokens?
Yes. AI-powered features in Dash to Cart use AI Tokens.
The number of available tokens depends on the merchant’s current plan and usage allowance.
Can AI write everything for me automatically?
AI can help you draft content faster, but it should not replace merchant review.
You are still responsible for making sure product information is accurate and appropriate before publishing.
Can I use AI for other product tasks?
Dash to Cart also supports other AI-assisted workflows where available, including product imagery, email writing, and analytics insights.
