How Can I Recover Abandoned Carts?

This guide explains how to recover abandoned carts using Dash to Cart's built-in tools, helping sellers re-engage customers and potentially recover lost sales.

Step 1:

Log in to your Dash to Cart account at app.dashtocart.io.


Step 2:

On your dashboard, either open your store cards or access your store from the top left corner.


Step 3:

In the left-hand menu, select “Customers.” This will show a table of your customers’ details, including Name, Email, Abandoned Cart status, and Wish List.

Step 4:

In the “Has Abandoned Cart” column, click on the “Recover” button for the relevant customer.


Step 5:

A popup with an email template will appear, which you can edit to your liking.


Step 6:

Fill in your email address in the “Reply-to” field, so customers can respond directly to you.


Step 7:

You can choose to save the email or send it immediately to recover the abandoned cart.
