How Do I Set Up or Manage My Shipping Rates?
This article guides you through the steps of setting up or managing shipping rates for your store. You can customise delivery time estimates, set conditions, and give customers confidence with guaranteed shipping options.

Step 1: Log In
Access your Dash to Cart account by visiting app.dashtocart.io.
Step 2: Navigate to Dashboard
Once logged in, select your store from the dashboard to access its settings.
Step 3: Go to Settings
On the left-hand navigation menu, click on Settings.
Step 4: Select "Shipping Rates"
Click on Shipping Rates to configure or update your shipping options.
Step 5: Add a New Rate
In the Shipping Rates window, click the + Rate button located in the top right corner.
Step 6: Enter Shipping Details
Provide details like the destination country, the estimated minimum and maximum delivery times, and the shipping rates.
Step 7: Time Guaranteed (Optional)
Enable the "Time Guaranteed" feature to give customers confidence in your delivery timeframes.
Step 8: Set Conditions (Optional)
Add any specific conditions, such as minimum order amount or weight, for different shipping rates.
Step 9: Save
Click Submit to save your shipping rates. Your newly added rates will appear in the Shipping Rates window.
