Managing and Deleting Your Dash to Cart Account and Store

Learn how to remove your Dash to Cart account and what happens to your data.

When you register for Dash to Cart, we will store your name and email address securely in our system. This helps you quickly set up a store or make a purchase in the future.


To remove your Dash to Cart store, you can simply stop your paid subscription. Your store will then be automatically deleted by our system after 7 days. However, your name and email will stay in our system to make it easier for you to sign in again in the future.


If you have created a store and added team members, you can remove your team members by:



  1. Going to Settings

  2. Selecting Members

  3. Clicking Delete next to the team member you wish to remove


If you wish to delete your Dash to Cart account permanently, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Start a chat with us using this Customer Service Chat link
  2. Request to delete your account
  3. Our Customer Service team will help you with the deletion


Important: Once your account is deleted, all your information will be erased from our database. You will not be able to recover any information connected to your account.
