Dash to Cart offers a Free Tier so you can start selling with no upfront costs.
To support platform operations and continuous improvements, we charge a 5% platform fee on every successful transaction made under the Free Tier. When a product is purchased, you’ll be notified via email (linked to your registered account) and through the notification bell at the top right of your store dashboard.
For Free Tier users, the 9% Dash to Cart platform fee is not refundable. You can view fee breakdowns anytime by going to your Dashboard → Payments → Payment Details on the successful transaction.
We aim to make our pricing simple and transparent. Our standard pricing includes access to essential features like:
- User experience
- Security & fraud protection
- Performance reporting
To cover these ongoing costs and maintain service reliability, Dash to Cart does not return our platform fee on refunded payments.
