Currently, custom domains are not a supported option for Dash to Cart storefronts.
Each store uses a Dash to Cart subdomain, such as: storename.dashtocart.io
This gives every merchant a dedicated public storefront within the Dash to Cart platform.
Can I change my store URL later?
You choose your store handle when you create the store, and you can't change it later.
For example, if your store URL is: mybrand.dashtocart.io
the mybrand portion is your store handle. Choose it carefully when creating your store.
Can I still change my public store name?
Yes. Your Friendly Name is separate from your store handle and can be updated under: Settings → General
The Friendly Name is the public-facing name customers see when they visit your store.
How can I customise my brand without a custom domain?
You can still personalise your storefront through: Settings → Storefront
Current options include:
You can also update your logo, store description, business information and customer support details.
Can I use my existing website alongside Dash to Cart?
Yes. Dash to Cart can work alongside your existing website, marketplaces and social channels.
You can link customers from your current website, social profiles, campaigns or other channels directly to your Dash to Cart storefront.
