How to add custom code in Dash to Cart?

Dash to Cart allows you to insert Custom Scripts for more flexibility and personalisation. Whether you want to add retargeting codes from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google or embed chatbots, pop-ups, and other CRM tools—Custom Scripts make it easy. Best of all, you can label each script to organise it clearly.

Step 1: Log in to Dash to Cart
  1. Go to app.dashtocart.io and sign in to your account.
  2. Select your store from the dashboard cards or via the top-left store switcher.
Step 2: Access the Custom Script Option
  1. From the left navigation panel, click Settings.
  2. Under Settings, select Storefront.
  3. Scroll down to Custom Scripts.
Step 3: Inserting Codes
  1. Name Your Code – Give it a clear label (e.g. “Meta Pixel”) for easy reference.
  2. Choose Placement – Select whether you want your code in the <head /> or <body /> section of your page.
  3. Paste the Code – Enter the code in the Code text box.
  4. Add More Scripts – If you have multiple codes, click Add More Custom Script to include them.
  5. Save Changes – Once done, click Save.
Editing or Removing Codes
  • Editing – Make changes to the Name or Code, then click Save again.
  • Removing – Delete both the Name and Code fields, then click Save to remove the script.


Your store is now customised with the scripts you need to re-engage visitors, track behaviour, and deliver a more interactive experience.
